The Mission

The mission of JESUS in the Storm is the same mission Yeshua (Jesus) gave His followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19)

The Vision

The vision of JESUS in the Storm is to create a community of authentic believers and to witness lives transformed by the life-changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Yeshua as their Lord & Savior. (Galatians 2:20)

Goals

-To help shed more light and revelations within God’s:  Truth, Words, Ways, Will and Wisdom.

-To be Ambassadors/Disciples for Christ in sharing the Gospel (2 Corinthians 5:20).  As True Believers, to be salt and light in the world (Matthew 5:13-16).

-Serve as an anchor of support in one’s walk and journey into discovering more about our "Abba" (Father) and His Kingdom.

-To labor in love sowing as many seeds as we can, so God can cause the growth (1 Corinthians 3:6-7).  It’s through His grace and mercy alone and not of our own ‘works’ that provides salvation to all who call upon and genuinely believe and trust in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9).

-To bring additional attention and a “SENSE OF URGENCY” in knowing which side of eternity you will stand on when placed before God Almighty (Hebrews 9:27).  The extreme importance in looking beyond just the vapor of time we all live (James 4:14).  This life should encompass ‘Preparation mixed with Warning.'

-To deliver a direct ‘Challenge’ to both believers and non-believers.  By emphasizing stretching beyond "just believing” in God.  To not just be aware “OF” our Lord & Savior, but to “KNOW” and establish a “TRUE” relationship with Jesus Christ.  To “fully”:  Surrender, Repent and maintain a Committed relationship with Christ.  Making our Lord & Savior the TOP priority above all else in one’s life, not just simply claiming the title of a “Christian” with a minimal degree, casually or with no effort on one’s part (Matthew 10:37-39).  God must be actively pursued daily.  He will never force Himself upon your life.  If that were so, we would not have been given freedom of choice, dating back to the Garden of Eden.
