The Gospel
Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

Before we can understand and receive the "Good News". We must first understand the Bad news for all have sinned and fallen short of god's holiness and righteousness.
The Law
The Law centers around God’s holy foundational standards. The Law (Ten Commandments-Exodus 20:2-17) does not save a person, but becomes our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ (Galatians 3:19-25). The Law also acts like a mirror, revealing our unrighteousness, sinful nature, and showing our need for a “Savior”. Due to our sinful nature (Psalm 53:1-3, Romans 3:10-12), we all fall short of being perfect in God’s righteousness (Romans 3:23). The only person to fulfill the whole Law was Jesus Christ. Jesus said, He did not come to do away with the Law, but to fulfill it (Matthew 5:17-20).
Even though we will always fall short of these standards by our own efforts and strength, we are still to abide and adhere to God’s Commandments. For God’s thoughts and ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We must recognize that many in today’s world knowingly or unknowingly are relying and living based on what they consider their own moral “self righteousness” (pride) or goodness, everything is alright in their mind, and they have no need of a ‘Savior’. After all, a person may say: “I think I’m a good person and I’m good with God.”, “I’m not that bad compared to ___”, I haven’t committed: Murder (anger towards someone is considered murder-Matthew 5:21-22), Adultery-(lust or sex outside of marriage is considered adultery) Matthew 5:27-28, Hebrews 13:4), Worship Idols-(not just a physical idol, but also creating a false god within our own mind to suit ourself and our sinful ways is idolatry). All the while, not knowing or even aware that they’re being blinded by darkness to the spiritual truth of the gospel of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:3-4).
Now for the "Good News". A relationship with Jesus Christ
God's Redemption Plan
The ‘Divine Exchange’: God, in all His love and power, has revealed Himself to us through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God, the holy Scriptures, and through all of creation itself (Colossians 1:15). God the Father provided a way for us to be redeemed and absolved from the penalty of sin. He sent His Son into the world not to condemn it, but to save the world through Jesus Christ (John 3:17). Jesus became the propitiation for our sins (1 John 2:2). Jesus bore the sins of the world upon Himself at the cross so that everyone who believes and trust in Him shall be saved by God’s grace and mercy through faith (John 3:16). Jesus, thereby, became the only mediator between God and mankind (1 Timothy 2:5).
Salvation Only Through Jesus Christ (Life)
Almost everyone has heard that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins. However, hearing it as well as just passively acknowledging it does not save a person. We must repent and place true faith in such a Godly sacrifice. If we do not fully comprehend why Christ came into this world and what He did on the cross. We will not equally place great value on His sacrifice and continue in our disobedient, sinful ways. Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God. He came to seek and save those who are lost (Luke 19:10); we are all lost until our spiritual eyes and ears are opened. Jesus lived a perfect life, one that was sinless. He willingly bore our sins at the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions (2 Corinthians 5:21). God raised him from the dead and now, by grace, offers as a free gift of eternal life to all who believe in Jesus Christ, His Only Son, with authentic faith and repentance (not just confessing, but turning away from sin), placing our trust not in ourself and our own goodness, but solely in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. That’s why salvation can only be found in Christ alone and not by our own works, merits or by any other path (Ephesians 2:8-9), (John 14:6).
Called To discipleship
(Great commission)
We are called not to just be ‘Believers’, but into ‘Discipleship’. To go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. Teaching others to obey everything Jesus commanded (Matthew 28:19-20). We are called to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily (Mark 8:34-35). Following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, guided by the power and indwelling of the Holy Spirit, bearing witness to our spirit so we may mature in holiness (Acts 1:8). God calls us to share the good news and wants everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of His objective truth (1 Timothy 2:4).
The Church
(United in the body of christ)
We should recognize that the Church is not just centered around a physical building, but also in fellowship with an assembly of other true ‘Born-Again’ (spiritually transformed-John 3:3) believers, so that we may spiritually grow with one another (Hebrews 10:25). Jesus is the head of the body, the church (Colossians 1:18). As true Christians (not in name only), we are part of God’s temple, baptized by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit into the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 3:16-17). Therefore, we are called together as Ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20-21) to glorify God, proclaiming at every opportunity, as witness bearers, the gospel of Jesus Christ, our Lord & Savior.
Deliverance Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
I confess that I am a sinner. I repent (turn from, get in agreement with You) of my sins and ask You to cleanse me and forgive me of all my sins. I believe Jesus Christ is your only begotten Son. I believe He suffered and died on the cross, paying the full penalty for all my sins. He was then buried, and on the third day You resurrected Him from death to life. I want to completely trust and surrender to You, and ask You to give me a renewed heart and transform my life. I receive Your free gift of salvation and make Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, from this day on and into eternity. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen!
(Reciting this prayer does not “save” a person. It simply represents an open and willful proclamation of one’s conscious choice in surrendering and making Jesus Christ your Lord & Savior. If you have decided to trust and follow Jesus Christ, as always, we welcome you with open, loving arms into the Body of Christ (Romans 12:4-5). We highly recommend studying the Bible daily and attending an ‘uncompromising’ Bible base church. “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” (John 8:12)
